Shipping and Delivery during Holiday season

All orders placed after November 25th will be delivered after Christmas period. We are working very hard on your wall art pieces to be perfect and perfection takes time!

What is the processing time?

5-15 business days.

What is the shipping time?

3 – 5 days once your order is confirmed and ready to ship, delivery time (3 -5 days) is dependent on the courier service.

Delivery to PO Boxes and Military bases

We do not offer delivery to PO Boxes and Military bases.

What is the price of shipping?

Shipping will depend on the size of the product as well as the location. 

Shipping will be calculated at checkout

Can I hang this outside? 

Our metal arts are powder coated and could be hanged outside, however we do not offer rust free guarantee.

What is powder coating?

Powder coating is a process that was initially invented to protect metal parts from chemical and abrasive action but has since spread to aesthetic applications across the industrial spectrum. Powder coated parts and decorations are completely safe to use at home.

What happens if my order arrived damaged?

Do not worry about it, we can send a replacement or provide a partial refund according to the damage of the product. (Please refer to our Refund policy for further information)
